The break-even stage is the easiest to break through.
The method is to replay.
Follow my steps:
Pull all your trade tickets.
Classify the transaction orders into one group for profit and one group for loss.
Make an average of the profit amount of the profit order.
If your position in each transaction is unstable, first calculate the profit per standard lot, and then make an average.
This average reflects your profitability.
Observe the trading orders that exceed the average profit, find the market to review, and recall the original trading logic.
These are the deals that really pay you, find out what they have in common.
Based on what decision did you make this transaction, what decision did you make to hold the position, and what decision did you make to close the position? List them all.
In this way, you can extract a profitable trading decision-making method that conforms to your own logic and can be understood and recognized by yourself.
This step is to purify, to purify your profits.
After the profit is purified, you will find that there are many small profits or some big profits are due to luck.
After removing these lucks, your profit has actually shrunk.
So how can you guarantee that you can make a profit?
The second step is to purify the loss .
Among all the losing trade orders, classify which trades conform to your refined trading logic but lose money.
Those that do not conform to the trading logic you have refined will lose money.
Then analyze and summarize why you made this transaction one by one, why does it not conform to the logic you purified?
The point is, how do you avoid doing such transactions in the future.
You will find that probably most of your losing trades are not in line with your strategy.
The process of purifying losses is the loss that should be lost, and the loss that should not be lost should be minimized as much as possible, and it is best not to lose.
Strategies are not profitable every time they are executed.
What is not profitable but conforms to the strategy is a cost.
What loses money because it does not conform to the strategy is not the cost but the mistake, it is your extra expenditure, and you have to cut it.
After completing these two steps, your profit should reach a higher level.
If you also face such a problem, you can try it out.
As long as I encounter a bottleneck, I will go to review.
The process of replaying is to make yourself as late as possible.
Reviewing is the real learning and practice, not trading.
